List Values

I have been using the API for a few days and wanted to ask what is the best approach to using different values in a list.  It appears that the code sets up a the column types to be used and then populates a table one row at a time.  This presents a problem that if I have a table that has a string, an integer and then a boolean value (3 columns) that is populated by a List of type string than there is a conflict, string values can not go into an integer or boolean column.  It appears that all values in the row need to be of one value.  If this is not correct or there is a work around that can be applied please let me know.  So far I like this approach, but wanted to find out if I'm missing something as it relates to different value types for each column.

Thanks!

if you set cell.Caption with the string value you will see your problem is fixed
